As an IMI Registered Real Estate Broker, your clients can be registered under your name as "Referring Broker" in our Broker Referral Database. The registration process is necessary and ensures each client's name is fully protected under the referring broker or agent. The IMI marketing team will handle the fulfillment of information for each of the properties and resort communities you requested on behalf of your client. Your clients will encounter the same follow up sales process as all other prospects, but they will always understand your relationship as the referring broker in any transaction.
